Plix Terms of Use
Using Plix
Plix routes photos and related metadata to albums and storage destinations you choose. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and use Plix only where lawful. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to capture and process people, places, and information in your photos.
Your content
You retain ownership of your photos, voice notes, profiles, and other content. You give Plix the limited permission needed to store, process, copy, and deliver that content to provide the features you request. Plix does not gain ownership of your content.
Subscriptions
Plix Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple. The price, billing period, and any trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and purchase records under its applicable terms.
Destinations
Services such as iOS Photos and Google Drive are operated by third parties and have their own terms. Delivery depends on your permissions, account status, connectivity, storage capacity, and those providers’ availability. You remain responsible for files after they reach your destination.
Acceptable use
Do not use Plix to violate privacy, intellectual property, export, sanctions, child safety, or other laws; interfere with the service; bypass plan limits or access controls; upload malicious material; or access another person’s account or content without authorization.
Beta and availability
Beta features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Keep independent copies of important photos and verify delivery status. Plix is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that every capture or third-party delivery will be uninterrupted.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Plix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address material violations of these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment, and liability terms, will continue.
